Link Perfectview CRM and Exact Globe for Wortelboer
Wortelboer Ankers & Ankerketenen switched to a new CRM package many years ago. The company exchanged the software package Exact Synergy for the modern cloud package Perfectview. In addition, Wortelboer wanted flawless communication and data exchange with its Exact Globe financial-logistics package. Clickker is the solution that makes this link function flawlessly.
No double actions
“We were looking for a link that properly transfers our orders from Perfectview to Exact Globe in order to avoid double actions as much as possible. We wanted a working link that communicates one-on-one between Perfectview and Exact Globe, so that new debtors, for example, also receive a debtor number at the same time,” explains the Wortelboer company.
Switch to the new CRM package
The customer worked with Exact Synergy for many years. After a number of re-implementations in collaboration with various Exact partners, Wortelboer decided that this system no longer met the requirements. The company approached PerfectView in 2019. They advised a switch and implemented Perfectview, a CRM package in the cloud.

Because it concerns a standard connection, the customer saves a lot on hours of consulting and the time-consuming construction of a customized solution. Moreover, no expensive licenses need to be purchased, which saves even more on costs.
