A custom app for work orders and scheduling with Clickker
Extensive package
We have been serving Nijenkamp with automation since 2013. The company uses the Exact Globe financial package. The planning and work orders were made in the standard package Exact Synergy. For this customer, this package was actually much too extensive: the customer paid a lot for a package of which the company actually only used a few functions.
Functional, simple and user-friendly
Nijenkamp presented this to our project manager Wilfred Pessink. He offered the company a suitable solution: a tailor-made app with exactly the desired functionalities, no more and no less. With this work order app, the customer keeps track of the hours of the different types of assignments. After approval, these are automatically sent to Exact Globe for processing in the financial administration. In addition to functionality, the customer indicated that it attaches great importance to simplicity and user-friendliness.
Custom solution
We shaped these wishes into a custom application with functionalities such as workshop planning, assembly planning, drawing planning, delivery notes, article insight and customer data. These functionalities can be easily adjusted at the request of the customer. We linked this application to Exact Globe via Clickker. Thanks to the seamless exchange of data, all data is available in real time in both systems. The entire history can also be consulted in the App. Easy for future assignments at the customer.
