Link member portal Land Rover Club Holland to Exact Online
Voor Land Rover Club Holland (LRCH) ontwikkelden wij een nieuwe ledenportal in de cloud. We linked these to Exact Online via Clickker. With this, the online member application automatically exchanges all desired and required data with the member administration.
Safe, practical and cheaper
In 2019, the LRCH wanted to switch from a locally hosted member portal to a member application with a link to the financial administration in the cloud. The club chose this for a number of reasons: better assurance of data security, easier onboarding of new employees and cost reduction. For the existing systems, the ICT infrastructure would have to be replaced and the club wanted to avoid this rather hefty investment. Although linking to Exact Online with Clickker is not an everyday expense for us – we normally use Clickker at Exact Globe and Synergy – we wanted to help this loyal customer to avoid an expensive infrastructural solution.
From local to cloud
In a Microsoft environment, we built a new member application that replaced the existing portal in Exact Synergy. This transitioned the portal from the local server to the cloud. The same applied to the financial administration, which was transferred from Exact Globe to the more compact cloud package Exact Online. Clickker seamlessly links the member portal to Exact Online. The system automatically links data back and forth in the desired way. Het nieuwe systeem vervangt het bestaande, dat wij in 2013 voor deze klant ontwikkelden en implementeerden op basis van de software die de club toen al had aangeschaft.
Customer satisfaction
The board of the LRCH is very satisfied with the solution offered and says that it fully meets all the wishes of the club: “Everything works as desired and that offers us great advantages. This makes the system more intuitive and simpler, and we can now process changes many times faster. That is a relief for us. New employees also pick it up much more easily. We are an association with 2,600 members, process about 5,500 invoices annually and many changes such as registrations and deregistrations and address changes. Exact Online has fewer functions than Globe, but that is more than sufficient for the activities mentioned. The benefits for our club are significant.”
