To start with, your Exact Globe license must include the module: Exact Connectivity Client. If this is not the case, you will have to purchase this from Exact.
What needs to be prepared for Sense Cloud to perform an installation of Clickker?
- Your environment must comply with the system requirements of Clickker
- You need to activate a number of components within the IIS (Internet Information Service)
- Sense Cloud must access the system via RDP or team viewer on the planned date of installation. If we are going to build the flow within Clickker, RDP or permanent team viewer connection is required after installation.
We would like to hear from your IT management whether the above 3 points can be met and whether these points can be confirmed!
You will have to arrange for a user to be created in Exact for which the ICT Partner has also granted special rights in accordance with the linked document.
