To start with, your Exact Globe licence needs to be equipped with the module: Exact Connectivity Client. If this is not the case you will have to purchase it from Exact.

What needs to happen for Sense Cloud to perform an installation of Clickker?

1. Your environment should comply with the stated Clickker's system requirements
2. You need to activate a number of components within the IIS (Internet Information Service)
3. Sense Cloud needs to access the system via RDP or teamviewer on the scheduled installation date. If we are going to build the flow within Clickker, RDP or fixed teamviewer connection is required after installation.
