You can do this through the application pool/application group in Internet Information Services (IIS).

Right-click on the application group of Clickker within the IIS and choose advanced settings. Under the "Process model" section, user profile load should be set to "True" and below that, via the button with 3 dots behind it, choose "custom account" and enter the login name and password of the relevant windows user used for Clickker. This user must also be created in the Exact administration with sufficient rights!
