For use of Exact Online, there are restrictions on the number of booking lines/bookings per month. In addition, there are also restrictions on the number of API calls. When we enter bookings into Exact Online via Clickker, this ultimately limits us too!

The below is applicable as of 1 January 2025:

Exact Online Essentials, Plus or Professional editions:

• 10,000 booking lines per month
• 60 API calls per app per administration per minute
• 5000 API calls per app per administration per day
• 20,000 API calls per administration per day (multiple apps)

Exact Online Premium editions:

• 25,000 booking lines per month
• 60 API calls per app per administration per minute
• 30,000 API calls per administration per day (multiple apps)

Exact Online Premium editions + 1 Volume pack:

• 50,000 booking lines per month
• 35,000 API calls per administration per day

Exact Online Premium editions + 2 Volume packs:

• 75,000 booking lines per month
• 40,000 API calls per administration per day

* Exception for XML calls: each XML call counts for 50 API calls

For Exact Globe in combination with Clickker, we do not suffer from such resctrictions!
