The fields on the layout that correspond to the free fields of the ‘Extra’ tab of the relations (debtors/creditors).

Via [System, General, Free fields] you can label free fields and use them to store additional information about your contacts. In this case, this will be the description in debtor/creditor maintenance when opening the debtor or creditor!

To print this information on a layout, you must add the correct ‘extra’ database fields to your layout in the address block of the layout. It depends on the type of layout which fields are available. For example, with the invoice layout all the fields below are available, while with the order form layout only the fields Extra 1 to Extra 20 are available.

In addition, certain fields can also be present multiple times in a layout. For example, in the invoice or order confirmation layout you have the fields ‘Ordered by: Extra 01’ and ‘Invoice for: Extra 01’. In this case, the field ‘Ordered by: Extra 01’ shows the data from Accounts: free field 16 of the order debtor, while ‘Invoice for: Extra 01’ shows the data from Accounts: free field 16 of the invoice debtor.
