Wortelboer Ankers & Anchor Chains switched to a new CRM package many years ago. The company swapped software package Exact Synergy for the contemporary cloud package Perfectview. In doing so, Wortelboer wanted flawless communication and data exchange with its financial-logistics package Exact Globe. Clickker is the solution that makes this link function flawlessly.

No duplicate operations

"We were looking for a link that properly transfers our orders from Perfectview to Exact Globe to avoid as many duplicate operations as possible. The client had been working with Exact Synergy for many years. After several re-implementations in cooperation with different Exact partners, Wortelboer decided that this system no longer met its needs. The company knocked on PerfectView's door in 2019. They recommended a switch and implemented Perfectview, a CRM package in the cloud.
