Permissions/restrictions in Exact Globe do not always give desired result via Clickker

It may happen that based on permissions in Exact Clickker does not give the desired result. Preferably, the user of Clickker in Exact has the role administrator needed then you avoid these kinds of issues as you then have all the rights.

However, even when you have the role administrator and restrictions are imposed in the master data. Even then, the result may be different than expected.

Since we use the Exact SDK / Exact Entity Service, this does not feed back that there is a rights issue but performs action based on what is possible with the rights in question.

Example rights user:

If the user has a separate security role other than the administrator role and in the function rights for "Order" section, it is listed no Check "Change selling price during order entry". Then you can enter a net price via Clickker but it is then not used when creating a sales order and ignored. That is correct but no message is returned saying that you are not allowed to change the net price and an order is created. The sales price of the item in Exact is then simply received and price lists in Exact are applied.

Example restriction master data:

An item can be indicated that no discount can be applied to it.

However, when you include a discount via Clickker, it will be applied for that item. The Exact SDK / Entity Service does not take this into account.
