The fields on the layout corresponding to the free fields of the 'Extra' tab of the relations (debtors/creditors).

Via [System, General, Free fields] you can give free fields a label and use it to store additional information of your relations. In this case, this will also be the description in debtor/creditor maintenance when you open the debtor or creditor!

To print this information on a layout, you need to add the appropriate 'extra' database fields in the address block of the layout on your layout. It depends on the type of layout which fields are available. For example, in the invoice layout, all the fields below are available while in the order form layout, only the Extra 1 to Extra 20 fields are available.

In addition, certain fields can also be present multiple times in a layout. For example, in the invoice or order confirmation layout, you have the fields 'Ordered by : Extra 01' and 'Invoice for : Extra 01'. In this case, the 'Ordered by : Extra 01' field shows the data from Accounts: free field 16 of the order debtor, while 'Invoice for : Extra 01' shows the data from Accounts: free field 16 of the invoice debtor.
