Clickker - Exact Online status:

In case of faults with Clickker, we will resolve them ASAP and inform you of any actions you need to take if necessary. You can report a fault via: helpdesk@clickker.nl 

If you have a link to Exact Online, we recommend looking at Exact's own status page to see if there are any issues with the Exact API: status.exact.com

Sometimes maintenance takes place or a problem specifically related to REST API mentioned. We depend on Exact for this. 

If there is or was an outage at Exact, it may sometimes be necessary to reconnect to Exact Online. In that case you will receive an email from us if needed: Procedure for reconnecting to Exact Online
